Tell us your name. Natasha Harrison
How and when did you first start running? I first started running when i was 11. I started with across country races.
What brought you to Nidd Valley? I was recommended to join Nidd by my mum who was already a member of the club!
When did you join Nidd Valley? I believe it was about 2 years ago!
What is your favourite running music? Genre or specific tracks? Always chart music or something upbeat!
What is your favourite food before and after running? My favourite food before running is always porridge with honey! After running (a race) I like to eat pizza and drink prosecco!
What is your best running tip that you would like to share with us? Eat well and drink plenty of water for a couple of days up to the event. (Don’t just start the day before!!)
What is your proudest moment in your running career? Completing the Brid half marathon
What are your running goals? I would love to complete a marathon next year.
What event are you training for at the moment? Not currently training for an event, Im currently waiting to see if i have got a place in the London Marathon! 🙂
