|What is your favourite running music? Genre or specific tracks?||Dont generally listen to music, but if I do Paul Weller,The Jam,Indie, Northern Soul, Ska,60s RnB whatever is on my iphone (which I havent added to in years)|
|What is your favourite food before and after running?||toast and nanas – afterwards nothing specific but always like an Audsleys bacon or sausage sarnie – depends what time I’ve ran|
|What is your best running tip that you would like to share with us?||Run with your other half, its good for your relationship and gets you on jollies to Barcelona, Hadrian Wall etc. That said dont try and pace your wife – doesnt work.
Run with mates, my favourite runs have been clambering in the snow with Dave Prince and Brian also getting stuck up Beamsley Beacon in a Bog while Mike Benson was crying with laughter and cramp.
|What is your proudest moment in your running career?||Pacing Rosemary and Jonathan under 1 hour for their 10k was fun, Ive helped quite a few club members to get their 5k pbs. Not sure if its being proud, but Winter Ultra with Dave Prince – glad I experienced those conditions not many people did !|
|What are your running goals?||I want to get better at off road stuff both running and navigation wise also full house at parkrun bingo|
