I’ll have to be quick this evening, it’s my dad’s birthday and he’s come round for tea!
Tuesday night sees Jon making his first appearance of 2019 as coach, so we’re heading down to do the Knox hills session. He’ll be ably assisted by Debbie amd Jeff, they’ll be ready to do a warm up from about 7.15 onwards, so you can either meet them there, or join the run from the club at 7pm.
On Thursday I thought we could run the supermarkets route. Leaving the club we head up towards ASDA by running along the railway path. It’s then up through town towards Waitrose, from here you can choose to extend the run up towards M&S on Leeds Road, or for a shorter option it’s Stray Rein and then down Oatlands Drive towards the showground. We turn right and pass the Squash Club before running past Sainsburys and out on to Wetherby Road, it’s then down towards Freemans Corner buefore turning towards Morrisons and then back to the club along Kingsley Drive.
The initial break point for this run is the entrance to ASAD on Bower Road.
Don’t forget you hi-vis vests and headtorches if you have them!
If you are wanting to join the Boston Schedules and plans would you please go up into the bar for 7:00 sharp on Thursday as we need 20 – 30 mins to talk with you before things start next week. If you get there sharpish and listen to what is said we will have everything done by 7:20 at the latest so you can still get a few miles in. If you can’t make it we will catch up with you next week.
Have a great week.
