The annual Almscliffe Crag run went well with quite a number of determined club members enjoying this beautiful off road route.I would like to thank Martin, Sylvia, Sarah Chalmers and Dave for their help in making this happen and everyone else for turning up and making it a joy.

Inspirational quote for the week.
“If you are a runner. It doesn’t matter how fast or how far. It doesn’t matter if today is your first day or if you’ve been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get.You just run.”John Bingham. Runners World.
So lets go and run.
Best Wishes, ChristineNVRR Chair.
