I would like to thank all of you who attended our AGM on Thursday, for your involvement in deciding on our new kit, and your patience as the new committee completed their first AGM. I would like to welcome Rachael Prince as our new general member, Kevin Dalton our new men’s captain, and Martin Lofthouse as our new junior liaison rep.
For those of you unable to attend, we took a vote on the new kit regarding the wording and the tee shirt design. The winning vote was to have the words Nidd Valley, Harrogate on the vests and tee shirts.
The same wording would be on the front and back of the vests and tee shirts. The tee shirt design winning the most votes was a plain tee shirt in our usual colours.
There will be an email very soon outlining how to order vests or tee shirts, but just to reiterate, there is nothing to stop anyone racing in their current vest.
It’s hard to believe its been a year since we formed, and I must say I’m looking forward to the next year and being part of this wonderful club – even if it’s as a part time runner!
