Week Ahead – 6th December 2020

Afternoon All,

Its time for intervals and a spot of cross country this week!

The winter intervals will resume at week 2 of the original plan, the online booking form is available for you to use and to check where you need to be and at what time. It can be accessed by clicking this link where you will also find details of the actual session.

The Cross Country is well under way with several members posting muddy photos of their runs around Conyngham Hall. Well done to those of you who have already ran and good luck to everyone else.

Due to the current tier restrictions in place for some of our members ie those living in Tier 3 we have extended the date to submit your times until 7pm on Sunday 20th December.

Please email your times and a photo to Sarah or Kevin by 7pm on 20th Dec.  Maps and routes are on the NVRR website.

So, onto the week ahead.

We have two new people coming along on Thursday Marc and Richard who both run 10K in approximately 60 mins. Looking for company and motivation. Please give them the usual Nidd warm welcome.
