Spreadsheets and routes for this week!

Hi all! Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine! At last! yay!

This is just a quick email to remind you that it is another set of hills this week if you are doing intervals. Here is the spreadsheet to check where you are:


There will also be a run from the club if you prefer.

On Thursday I believe we are up to route 9 which is via Green lane:


Or I bet there will be an off road option as Dave S is back 🙂

Don’t forget to have a go at the paced run if you are following the 10 km plan. Try to group together with others of a similar speed so that you can all work together to keep the pace going.

Some suggested pacing groups as follows:

Group 1: 8 to 8:30 min miles

Group 2: 8:30 – 9 min miles

Group 3: 9 – 9:30 min miles

Group 4: 9:30 – 10 min miles

Group 5: 10 – 11 min miles
