So, this week is the last of the 6 weeks of hills on Tuesday, before we move on to phase two of the 10km plan! Watch this space next week for details of intervals with England Atheltics Coach, Darren. But for now, check the spread sheet, sign in or out, and enjoy the last hill session! OR go for a run from the Hockey club if you prefer.

Dave S has told me that we are now OK to park nearer the Hockey club changing rooms as footie has finished for the time being. The toilets are accessible from the side door, but please remember social distancing if entering the building.
Here are the usual suggested paces for you:
Group 1: 8 to 8:30 min miles
Group 2: 8:30 – 9 min miles
Group 3: 9 – 9:30 min miles
Group 4: 9:30 – 10 min miles
Group 5: 10:30 – 11 min miles
Group 6: 11 – 12 min miles
