A potential new section of the Juniors awaits. Introduction to athletics and running fitness for children aged between 4 and 8. This will give them the best start to life and join such an amazing community to be a part of. These sessions will be structured so the child gets the most benefit. Mainly games based for training key components for running and athletic events.

Sessions will be an Hour long and the structure will be as followed:

  • Quick run around the sportshall to warm up
  • Team Game
  • Athletic Event (Run, Jump, Throw Orientated)
  • Team Game
  • Individual Race
  • Cool Down
