Winter Intervals Group Sign Up

Session 1: Slingsby
600m at about sub 5km pace or 85 – 95% effort
1km at about 5 km pace or 80 – 90 % effort
1 mile at about 10km pace or 75 – 85% effort.
Then reverse back down the pyramid.
Rest time is 90 secs walking rest.

Session 2: St Catherine’s
20 – 25 mins worth of 1 km reps at 5 km pace or 85 – 95% effort.
Rest 90 secs walking.

Session 3: West Park
At West Park with have 20 – 25 mins worth of 1 mile reps.
Rest 90 secs walking.

Session 4: Derwent Road
20 – 25 mins worth of reps of approx 800m with walk rest up to the usual lamp post and back

Session 5: The Oval
20 – 25 mins of reps around the oval. Walk rest down to the church and back.

Session 6: Job Centre
20 – 25 mins of reps around the job centre block. In pairs. 1 person runs while the other rests.
