Yes, club nights return on Thursday 3rd December.
Unfortunately the group of 6 interval sessions will have to wait until next week and will resume again on Tuesday 8th December but Emma will send you details of a session for this week to do individually or in pairs.
On that note, the intervals for Tuesday 8th December will resume at week 2 of the original plan, the online booking form is still working and can be accessed by clicking this link should you want to check it out as a reminder of the session.
I will remind everyone again next Sunday so you know where to be and what time.
