How and when did you first start running? | I first started running when i was 11. I started with across country races. |
What brought you to Nidd Valley? | I was recommended to join Nidd by my mum who was already a member of the club! |
When did you join Nidd Valley? | I believe it was about 2 years ago! |
What is your favourite running music? Genre or specific tracks? | Always chart music or something upbeat! |
What is your favourite food before and after running? | My favourite food before running is always porridge with honey! After running (a race) I like to eat pizza and drink prosecco! |
What is your best running tip that you would like to share with us? | Eat well and drink plenty of water for a couple of days up to the event. (Don’t just start the day before!!) |
What is your proudest moment in your running career? | Completing the Brid half marathon |
What are your running goals? | I would love to complete a marathon next year. |
What event are you training for at the moment? | Not currently training for an event, Im currently waiting to see if i have got a place in the London Marathon! 🙂 |
