How and when did you first start running? | I started running properly when I joined Nidd Valley. Previously I just used to go out for a tootle when I felt like it. I didn’t track my miles or pace, I just went out when I needed to free my mind or if I had friends that wanted company running |
What brought you to Nidd Valley? | I needed some companionship/advice for the long training miles in prep for London Marathon. Also I was new – ish to the area so it was a great way for me to get to know people. |
