Week Ahead – 11th August 2019

Afternoon All

I must begin this week’s e mail by saying just how proud I am to be part of Nidd Valley Road Runners. Over the past week we’ve had lots of members taking part in our plogging event, the Harrogate Park Run takeover (photos); and to top it off, all the places for our Guy Fawkes 10 mile race have sold out in record time!

It has all been achieved with lots of smiley faces, lots of support, great motivation and a huge sense of team Nidd!

There’s more running and fun to be had for the week ahead too. Kevin is sending out the latest newsletter; there are intervals, a pub run, a race and in case you hadn’t noticed, those of you following Emma’s half marathon plan for the Redcar half marathon, you’re half way there.
Dig deep and reap the rewards come race day.
Please make sure you book your seat on the coach.
