Afternoon All
I hope this finds you all safe and well, especially those of you who ran the Peco Cross Country today.
There’s quite a lot going on at the moment across both the junior and adult sections of the club, particularly as we near our AGM. I know Ive mentioned this before but the junior section desperately needs more qualified coaches.
Whilst this is a bit of a commitment it’s also a rewarding role as you’re able to observe the juniors progressing in their athletics. Even if you’re only half interested, please liaise with Liam Marwood to check it out.
Still on the subject of the AGM here are a few more reminders.
AGM.
Thursday 27th February at 8.30pm in the function room of the Hockey Club.
We need a minimum of 20% of our members in attendance to reach a quorum. That’s around 40 people.
If you have any motions for discussion email enquiries@niddvalleyroadrunners.co.uk before this Thursday 13th February.
Should you wish to stand for any of the committee positions please email enquiries@niddvalleyroadrunners.co.uk with your name, the position you wish to stand for, and the names of two fellow club members to propose and second you for the post.
All nominations should be in by midnight on Thursday 13th February 2020.
Finally, if you’re attending and you’d like pizza, please let Nadene Wilkinson know.
