Dear NVRR Members
This email gives formal notice of the Annual General Meeting of Nidd Valley Road Runners on Wednesday 24th February 2021, at 7:30pm via Zoom video conference which has been emailed to all current members.
A proposed agenda (which will be updated as required prior to the AGM) has been circulated, along with the current constitution, committee position roles, and the minutes from the last AGM.
Club Committee
You are eligible to stand for any positions on the committee even if the current incumbent wishes to stand for re-election. Please see the attached document which outlines the roles of each committee position.
Should you wish to stand, please email enquiries@niddvalleyroadrunners.co.uk with your name, the postion you wish to stand for, and the names of two fellow club members to propose and second you for the post. All nominations must be in by midnight on Wednesday 10th February 2021.
Motions for discussion
Please email enquiries@niddvalleyroadrunners.co.uk with any motion you or other members wish to be discussed and voted upon, this will then be included in the meeting agenda. These must be in by midnight on Wednesday 10th February 2021.
Attendance at the AGM
We require as many members as possible to make any electoral decisions count on the night, so please make every effort to attend. Every AGM requires a minimum of twenty per cent of the membership to be in attendance to conduct business.
