Agreed that anyone running in NVRR teams should be a club member - Use Member Mojo for membership management
Carried to next meeting to discuss with NC present - Transitioning junior members to seniors
Six junior members will be turning 16 this year and will therefore transition to the seniors. JE to discuss with NC and bring a proposed approach to the next committee meeting - 16-18 year olds competing in the club champs
Agreed that it should be at the captain’s discretion. Captains to review age restrictions on selected races and those in the seniors impacted. To report back next meeting - Clarifying and enforcing senior membership for over 16s only
The membership application form does not have validation to ensure that only over 16s can apply to the seniors. This had already been added prior to the meeting, no further action required - Dates and options for ‘away from club’ runs

JK to figure out a way to add all the events to the website in a single list - Bus trip plans
Agreed that the annual bus trip should be to Bridlington on the 1st October. Darren to coordinate with Martin to book the bus.
JK to add Brid half to the website in the Road champs - Track Night
SS has raised enquiries with local tracks for availability and pricing. Captains are happy to run sessions if a suitable venue can be found and there is sufficient interest. - Try on nights
SS has confirmed with ASICS and a date is to be agreed in July (to coincide with new range launches). Altra also confirmed.
SS to continue to raise with other brands and will report back on any others that can be booked in - Parkrun takeover
Agreed we should do one. Sam to co-ordinate and agree a date (possibly 1st July) - Popup parkrun
Committee agreed to SF and DT’s proposal to run a series of 5 ‘popup’ parkrun races over the summer months. These will be short notice, timed 5km events for those that can make it. Only open to club members and to be considered a ‘fun’ training run. - Ripon 10 as a social run
Agreed that we would run the Ripon 10 route as a social club run on the 21st May - Evening League
Following an email from the organisers of the evening league it was agreed we would continue to promote the league on e-mails and in the pre-run briefings. - Awards Night Venues
Indicative venue options and pricing have been provided. It was agreed a decision would be deferred until the next committee meeting.
