Hello Everyone
Hope you’re all well and back into the swing of things after Easter.
A rather detailed email this week, so I’ll get straight down to business.
Final subs reminder. There are a few members yet to pay their subs. I’m afraid by the end of April renewals will not be chased and your membership with the club is at risk! We don’t want to lose anyone so please pay your subs.
Monthly Newsletter. The monthly newsletter will be attached to next weeks email. We still need a name for the newsletter so get your thinking caps on and send suggestions to Kevin Dalton. We will take a club vote to identify the most popular name. If you have any memorable moments, significant race results or appropriate stories to share please let Kevin know.
NVRR Lead Coach.Emma Kicks has kindly agreed to be the official lead coach for the club. There will be more information about her role and what it means to you in the monthly newsletter.Emma has a lot of knowledge and experience in running and coaching runners and will be a great asset as our club coach.

It’s excellent speed endurance training and hill training without any pressure, not to mention fun.
Intervals. Ben Baird is a man on a mission and running his own interval session. He’s inviting anyone to join him but stresses that he’s not actually coaching.Again this is a great opportunity to run a specific interval session at your own pace in the company of like-minded people.
