Week Ahead – Sunday 30th June 2019

Afternoon All

Kevin has prepared another great newsletter outlining all of your successes and a round up of races and events. I hope  you enjoy reading through it and feel inspired to keep up the running throughout July.

We have a month of pub runs, races, the start of our interval sessions and the half marathon training plan leading us right up to Redcar half marathon in September.

I must thank Nadene for organising our first pub run at Burton Leonard.  A useful recce run and by all accounts a delicious carvery afterwards.

On to the week ahead.
